I am getting conflicting advice on the pH of limes. Can anyone please advise if these are acidic or alkaline?
Nope. Lemons and limes are different. Most fruits start out green (even oranges and grapefruit) but they ripen into different colors.

Lemons and limes are in the same citrus family, but a lemon is a lemon and a lime is a lime. The limes I buy have seeds in them, as do the lemons.
Hi! Lemons and limes are different citrus fruit. They both start out green and lemons turn yellow when ripe. You probably had a hybrid seedless lime. Both lemon limes have seeds and are fairly easy to sprout at home for an indoor pot or climate permitting outdoor plant.
