Question:

Looking for a high-protein shelf-stable cracker recipe?

I am trying to find something to replace the crackers and cereal my toddler eats so many of. I prefer the protein comes from lentils or beans, not dairy or tofu. And would like some vegetables in the recipe as well for added nutrition. It doesn't need to be ridiculously high in protein. Just more balanced than brown rice crackers or oat cereal.
