Looking for a mechanical lift that rolls and will hoist a 43 lb object into my car.?

Place the 43 lb object in a wheel barrel. Get a 12 foot long plank, possibly a 2 thick x 12 wide, and put the plank on the edge of your trunk and the other end on the ground. If the vertical distance to lift is about 3 feet, the mechanical advantage of rolling the wheelbarrow up the plank is 12/3 or about 4. So the effort to push it up the plank will be about (43 lb / 4 ) or about 11 pounds of pushing effort to raise it to your trunk level
