Looking for Specific Vanilla Caramel Recipe?

I am looking for the Vanilla caramels with sea salt recipe from the Joy of Cooking cookbook by Irma SRombauerMy book that I got from my grandmother was recently misplaced during a move but I really want to make these caramels for my family for ThanksgivingIf anyone could either just post the recipe or a link, I would be sooo grateful.

For amigurumi I use 3mm but for crocheting cloth items I usually use 4mm onwards Hope I could of helped
Vanilla Caramels blend two classic tastes in this old-fashioned favorite1 cup chopped nuts can be added for variety, and vanilla extract can be substituted if vanilla paste is unavailablePrep Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes Ingredients: 2 cups granulated sugar 2 cups half-and-half 1.75 cups light corn syrup 1/2 cup butter pinch salt 2 tbsp vanilla paste Preparation: 1Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying the foil with nonstick cooking spray2Combine the sugar, half and half, corn syrup, butter and salt in a large saucepanCook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture starts boiling3Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches 244 degrees on a candy thermometer4Remove from the heat and stir in the vanillaImmediately pour into the prepared pan5Allow to set at room temperature until completely firmChill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and then cut with an oiled chef’s knife into small squares.
