what to use and for what?stainless steel? cast iron? anodiz? copper? nonstick? aluminum? did i miss any?please help

Many sets can be beautiful; it’s easy to find beautiful pots and pans… but sets may have pieces that you will never useEvery once in a while I consider buying a new setThen I realize that I don’t have the room to store additional cookware, and I am not willing to give up any of my pots or pansI own cast iron pieces, aluminum and stainless steelHere are the pots and pans that I use: Two cast iron dutch-ovens: These get a lot of use in the winter when for soups, brazing, roasting and deep frying(If you buy cast iron, ensure that the cooking surface is smoothIf the inside of the pan is bumpy, the pan will not be non-stick, and it will be difficult to cleanIf you buy cast iron with a ceramic coating, beware: sometimes the ceramic chipsYou may feed someone a chunk of clay Two 10 inch cast iron frying pans: Excellent for searing and pan sauces One 12 inch anodized non-stick pan with a metal handle: It also has a cover(I use this to sear, and then transfer to the ovenIt makes an excellent roasting panThis is my favoriteIt is still heavy, but weighs about half as much as the cast iron and has a longer handleThis means that I can use it to toss and flip foodIt's kind of hard to do that with cast iron Two restaurant style egg pans: Nothing special hereThey are just light non-stick aluminumThey were about 6 USD each at Sam's Club One stainless steel saucier: the corners of the pan are roundedIt's great for sauces because a whisk can easily reach into the corners One 2 quart stainless steal pot with a lid: One really large aluminum stock pot: Someone gave a turkey fryer to me for a presentI never thought that I'd use it more than once or twiceIt makes an excellent steamer for large jobs and one of these days, I'll use it for a crab boil Have fun, good luck and happy cooking!
i believe it isnt completely safe to eat all just water and fruit everydayfoods like meat have proteins that vegetables and fruit can not provideso it is still important to have a regular diet but just have to limit in take of unwanted nutrients like excess calories, and other fatty foods that only make you grow fatter.
NO NO NO!!!! Do NOT just eat fruit and vegYou need a healthy balanced diet containing fruit veg, carbohydrate, protein, and a little fatYou need stuff like bread, and a little meatYou also need calcium, so drink some semi-skimmed milkI recommend you go to see a Doctor before setting yourself on your own diet or you could become seriously ill.
It's not healthy to do thisFirstly the human body relies on carbohydrates to provide energy, however, cutting down on carbohydrates will help to lose weight: try going 3 days without them then 2 days with them and repeat - you'll see a huge differenceSecondly you will not be consuming enough protein, your muscles will strain from the exercise and without protein they will find it difficult to recoverAnother reason it's not healthy is because fruit isn't always on your side when trying to lose weight if you consume too much of itIt's loaded with sugar, yes natural sugars which are good for you but only in moderation, too much sugar from fruit can actually cause you to gain weightMake sure you have a balanced diet and get plenty of green veg into your diet too, that's the real secret to weight lossAlso it might benefit you if I mention that fruit isn't very calorie denseEating under 1200 kcal a day will cause your metabolism to slow down reducing the pace that you burn calories with or without exerciseHope this helped :)
