Question:

Makeup bag with small space?

I'm going a trip tomorrow, but the company i am riding with charges per bag so i am putting my make-up other things that people usually put in a separate suitcase into ones with my clothesbut My eyeshadow has no lid so i need something i can do by tomorrow about 4 PM (it is 10 pm now) without ziploc baggies to put it in so i can take it (cuz no one wants to see this face without make-up)

Answer:

Try putting it in a small Rubbermaid or Tupperware containerYou can also cover it with saran wrap or aluminum foilYou can also put a piece of packing tape over it This is also good because it cleans your eye shadow by stripping off the top layerBe sure to take an extra piece for the trip backHave a great time.
Why don't you look up crochet edgings and pick one out that would look nice with your afghanWhen you go around the afghan it would cover the knots and if you tried to weave them into the afghan it would be seen and make it lumpyIn regard to washing it if you still have the wrappers from the yarn there should be something on them that would tell you how to take care of itIf you don't have the wrapper give us an idea of what the brand name was and the type.
Washing instructions vary widely from yarn to yarnSome are dry-clean only or spot-clean only with a damp cloth, while others are machine wash warm and tumble dry medium - and everything in betweenWool needs to be washed delicately and blocked after every washSome of the newer acrylic yarns go through the washer and dryer with the rest of your laundry, no special treatment requiredCotton needs a small amount of special handling, but launders wellCheck the wrapper on your yarnThey do give care instructionsIf you no longer have the wrapper, ask at a yarn shopOr, feel free to email me with the brand and name of the yarn and the fiber content (i.e., Red Heart Light Lofty, 100% acrylic or Lion Brand Vanna's Choice, 96% acrylic 4% polyester) and I'll try to helpIf it's wool, Google instructions washing hand-knits wool As to finishing, that's simplerSome crocheters and knitters go a little pale when you suggest tying knots in your yarnI, on the other hand, do it all the timeMy advice to you is to knot off your yarn and leave a tailTake a humongous (a.k.ayarn sewing) needle and use it to weave the ends of the yarn into the blanket to hide themWhen you have enough hidden to securely anchor that tail, carefully snip off the rest.
