Question:

Making a mold for aluminum armor?

So I am a huge fan of then quot;Haloquot; video game series and the other day I was thinking, quot; How can I make my Halo Spartan Armor Costume even more epic?quot; So I decided I want to make my armor from cheap plastic to metal! I thought the best way would be to make a plastic or rubber mold or whatever would be best, and fill the mold with melted aluminum, since it is cheap and lightweightI'm thinking I will melt down Aluminum Foil since it is so easy to find, compaired to trying to buy solid bars of aluminumWhat would be the best way to do this? What is the best material to use for the mold and how do I make the mold? Will my original plastic armor be damaged or ruined? And, what would the total cost of everything be?

Answer:

3-5 days at the least, just leave in the bag and it will last longerA large bird will take 3+ days to thaw, which means parts of it will be thawed for a day or two.
Wash it with cold water, pat it dry with a clean towel, salt the inside and outside of it then return it to the fridgeThe salt will act as a germ barrier and keep the turkey from being contaminated from the outsideSmell it prior to roasting it at the specified temperatureif it does not smell fresh return it and eat a precooked turkey.
i plan on doing the same damn thing! once you find out let me know ! hahaha only thing i know so far is to make a forge and they have vids on your tube with some inexpensive homemade onesas far as the foil ideathat works plus soda cans and junk yards too for scrap pieces.
