Making fiberglass car fenders?

I got a whole big roll of fiberglass mat, and buckets full of resinJust for fun i decided to make some fiberglass parts for an acuraiam going to do the whole front end out of fiberglassMy question is, what would be the best teqnique to mold lets say the fender? Ofcourse iam gona pull it off, i was thinking of using this spray on foam type of material we got at our local hardware store, any thoughts?

No problemThe switch contacts have been tested up to 250 Volts; they can certainly handle 125 Volts.

The best way, of course, is to weld a patch in it, grind and sand it flat, fill any imperfections, feather the surrounding paint, primer it, apply several coats of matched paint with rubbing out inbetween, and apply clear coatThe simplest way, without looking hopelessly hokey, is to get a plastic hole plug made for such thingsI know Ace hardware carries them in their specialty hardware section - we use them at work all the timeYou will probably want to paint it to blend, if not match, but it is still the quickest way to a satisfactory hole repair unless you are picky enough to do the metal thing.
The higher rated switch should do just fine.
