I need help! I have no idea why, but I don't have any metal bowls to use in the oven to make a taco bowl withIs there any other way to maybe bake the tortilla shell and then put it over a bowl to cool? Or maybe even microwaving it?
In a pinch I used a custard bowl (and also once a pyrex bowl) and put a ball of aluminum foil into the tortilla to keep it from puffing up when it was baking and then it was just kind of a free form taco shell - it came out tasting great and looked cool!
