Electric wrench 9.6V, actually is three section 18650 lithium battery series, full of electricity lithium battery, three section has 12.6V, so, 12V switch power plug is not bad.
That transformer output 12V, and rectifier, plus capacitor filter simple power do not use, voltage instability, easy over-voltage, or after starting pressure drop, wrench weakness
If it is a switching power supply or a regulated output, the 12V power supply can be used.
