Oh my goodness, my AP environmental science teacher recently told me that McDonald's icecream was actually made of PLASTIC? Or contain plastic? IS this true? :o if so, what ELSE should I know about mcdonalds foods, like are the apple dippers artificial as well?Its not that I eat even eat mcdonalds often, but is this true?

What sad school do you attend where they'd fill your head with lies like that? If the food at McD's is not approved by the FDA, it would not be served. Contrary to popular belief, you cannot serve fried cats, batter-dipped rats, or plastic ice cream to the American public. Stop the ugly rumor mill. You're eating ice cream, not ice plastic pieces.
MAYBE YOUR TEACHER WAS TALKING ABOUT THE PLASTIC CONTAINERS THE ICE CREAM IS SERVED IN. THERE IS ALOT OF RESEARCH BEING DONE ON PLASTIC AND IF CHEMICALS FROM PLASTIC ARE BEING RELEASED INTO FOODS. EVEN WATER IN THOSE PLASTIC BOTTLES COULD BE A HEALTH CONCERN.
