The boiler manual says, air in the system. system needs venting. how do I go about it? Need help.
Ferroli Condensing Boiler
Ferroli are really bad, bad customer service, unreasonable call out charges and a bunch of 2 faced liars.
I do not this this boiler, but condensating boilers and furnaces have a condensate line to get rid of water, some units will not run if this line does not have a trap or a loop in the drain to prevent the air from the purge blower to blow by on the drain. Try putting water into the drain. most condensating units have a vinyl or flexible line you can un hook to do this. Other then this it would be advisable to call a certified tech to work on this
