Answer:

Your boiler is set to maintain an internal water temp of 180 degrees so the water is hot when a zone calls for heat. Totally normal.
The water in the boiler has cooled down and it needs to reheat it to the temp setting. This will make sure that when you need hot water you will have it. This is a normal thing for it to do. The same thing happens with a water heater too. Hope this helps
It will be topping up the heat of the water in the tank.
