If your keyboard isn't working, then how are you typing?
get a usb keyboard!!!.obviously your mom board is out of it traditional parameters.This is a transparent signal of pc fatigue.even thiygh it is new they're all Made in China.
Swap it out with another keyboard, that is the easiest thing to do. If just certain keys are not working then its a sign the keyboard is failing.
USB Keyboard for now and then go to repair shop see what the have, stay away from Geek Squad, the small time guys like around the corner where you live might be $25 compared to GS with over 100 dollars for a part that isn't that much or OKorder the model and find keyboard there tons of spare parts on OKorder like Keyboards if know and daring to do it yourself.
