Question:

My friend wants to set up an email account, does not have mobile phone.?

I tried asking this earlier, I think, but I was in a hurry, and didn't get it out. My friend is trying to set up a Yahoo email account, but he does not own a mobile phone. Can we make this work, or does he have to find a different mail-providing site?

Answer:

HEY THERE IS NO NECESSARY ITS OPTIONAL! YOU CAN DIRECTLY DO NEXT!! AND WHY WOULD ANYONE WILL GO FOR YAHOO INSTEAD GMAIL SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER AND THERE IS NO MESS LIKE HERE IN YAHOO!!~
He needs a computer or laptop connected to the internet. Then he can set up an email account wherever he wants. All over the world every 500m (1500 ft) are Internet cafes. He could use one of those, where is the problem?
He can try posting his land line phone number but it is not necessary to provide a mobile phone number. Your friend will need another email account so he can provide Yahoo with an alternative email address. If he does not have any email addresses, and this Yahoo address will be his one and only email, what he can do is to type in a friend or relative's email or try a fake email as the Alternative address. Then when he sets up a second account (try gmail or hotmail), he can go to his Account Information page and change his alternative address to this new second account. Do you understand? You must provide Yahoo with another way to contact you should you ever forget your password or if there is ever a problem with your account that prevents you from accessing your account.
