I want it to be G-rated so no naughty item ideas pleaseI do not have a huge budget (maybe $50 total) to work withAny other fun ideas?

Answer:

what a good question
Just use hot sink water
If he is big on hunting you can get laundry detergent that he can use to make his hunting clothes smell like dirt, yes dirtYou can get it in the sporting good section at any superstore like Wal-Mart for just a few dollarsAnd, also, they have spray that smells like doe urine, I know gross right?! But they have plenty of small things like that that he would love and wouldn't burn a hole in your pocketAs for homemade food, you could do what I call Buck EyesAll you need is: One small jar of peanut butter (I prefer Jif) Two sticks of butter (I like blue bonnet) A 2 lbbag of confectioners sugar (the powdered sugar) One bag of chocolate chips And a 1/4 bar of parafin wax (you can get a box of it in the baking goods aisle, usually called Gulf Wax) Mix together the peanut butter, butter, and confectioners sugar really wellYou will have to get pretty messy, because your hands is the only way to do thisRoll them into balls; I usually make them about the width of a quarter or a half dollarThen melt the chocolate chips and parfin wax in a double boiler or in the microwaveIf you melt them in the microwave make sure you stir it every 20-30 seconds to prevent it from burningThen using a tablespoon dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate, leaving only a small portion uncovered for the eyeThen use the spoon to transfer each one onto a piece of wax paper or aluminum foil to set for a few minutesAll the parafin wax does is give the chocolate a shiny appearance and keeps it from softened up at the slightest temperature change so it won't be just a big glob.
