My necklace have changed color, how to return?

Found a necklace in old drawersSeemed like from the 80s or 70sits made of metal-like material (not sure what exactlylooks like silver but not sure)The color has changed n i think its prolly bcoz of rust (?) or simply being oxidizedi need help to return the color, anybody?

No, my grandfather didn't have an old coin collection to leave He died penniless .
NoMy grandfathers didn't collect coinsI had my own collection when I was a kid
put it in some boiling hot water with some aluminum foil balls has to be enough water to cover it all, best with a large base and about 5 small balls of foil, leave it for about 30 mins and take out dry and should be back to normal.
He gave most of it to my dad and dad gave me stuff in his drunken momentsI have books of penniessome of them are coollike one has the moon landing on it.
No he didnt have one as far as I know.but left me land and mineral rights.
