I did read an interesting article explaining how what was drawn was very offensive- it then came up with cartoon ideas that would offend chrisitans and jews in the same manner.

There were a few small independent/conservative papers who did show the cartoons, good for them. Muhammad was a man , same like Buddha and Jesus. NO MORE OR LESS than the rest of us. Life is harsh and our media should show all sides and not whitewash reality. I want our media to be free enough to show everything ! P.S. MOST Muslims believe Muhammad should not be drawn or shown at all for fear of going to hell fire. Maybe it's time for Muslims to step up to the 21st century and not hide behind thoughts that superstitious .
