You might not be able to see it until the washer fluid gets caught up in this material. The issue may be that with the slower speed of city driving, not as much stuff is thrown in the air as happens in faster highway driving. I may be dead wrong, but try doing a thorough job of cleaning your windows. Try it with some window cleaner from your home, rather than trusting that muck that gas stations offer to clean your windows. Who knows HOW often this stuff is changed and the container cleaned off?
