artificial lighting really stresses me out, so is there some kind of light or technique to make it resemble natural indirect light?
all light bulbs are unnatural! the only natural light is called fire
Skylights and windows provide natural light with multiple colors and frequencies. Electric lights provide a limited spectrum. Fluorescent lamps come in different colors including daylight which is warmer and more yellow than the usual cool white
Yes there are light bulbs that have a effect of natural lighting ( full spectrum) from the sun and you can have the light's angle closer resemble natural lighting by bouncing it off a wall, or the celling, to disperse the light making it seem more natural and less direct. I also think it helps having light sources mounted on a wall, verses the ceiling.
i think they make lightbulbs like this. Im not sure what brand or anything, but you can find them at home depot.
