I am dying to make a schnitzel but I want garlic sauce with it without the prawns just to go over it, I have looked everywhere but its only coming up with prawn garlic sauce! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Buy a box of Romeo y Julietas churchill size there light colored, taste great, and have a good even burn
400-[F] degree oven(pre-heated).take whole Galic Bulbs.remove each end and pour some oilve oil inside the gloves/wrap in aluminum foil-place in the pre-heated oven45-minutes Once fully cooked.allow to cool-about 1-hourRemove from the aluminum foil-and squeeze the garlic from its coveringUse a bowl to hold your garlic paste For a creamy white sauce-I would suggest Parmesan Cheese and light creamCooked in a saute' panadding white pepper and the garlic paste(this paste is mild)Use some white wine at the beginning-let cook about 40-minutesStirringYou might add mushrooms/and olive oil/ That should work.
