Need help baking cheesecake?

I want to bake the cheesecake in the oven ina pan with water, but is it ok if I use the aluminum one that they usually use for baking turkeys?Also, how much water should be in the pan in comparison to the cake pan?also, can cheesecake be kept well during the day if I leave it in the fridge overnight?Thank you!

First double wrap the Spring form pan with foil to prevent any leakingYou can use an aluminum panPlace the cheesecake in the pan an place it in the ovenThen pour hot water in the pan so the water comes half way up the side of the pan with the cheesecake in itOnce the cake is done remove it from the pan of waterIf your recipe says to allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven with it shut off then follow those instructions, once the time is up remove the pan from the pan of water and refrigerateWhen serving I would not leave the cheesecake out of refrigeration for more than an hour.
