neighbor parks in front of fire hydrant and blocks school bus. what can be done?
it can be strut mounts or your stablelizer pins
Go to walmart and by a detector and test it.. But if u really think there is a leak then leave cause carbon monoxide can get u really sick also u cant smell it..
Front or rear? Does the noise go away or get worse after driving in rain? Does having more people/weight in the car change the sound? Some more info might might help me to help you zero in on it. When I hunt rubber bushing/isolator type noises, I find a can of WD-40 to be the best tool. Spraying each area lightly then road test, and when the sound changes or disappears, you've found it. The Lumina (what I drive) was known for sounds like you describe coming from upper strut/spring mounts and front lower control arm bushingsthe Malibu has a similar design and might have the same issues.
