I've never had that problem, but I used to have a roommate who'd set his alarm clock to go off a couple hours before he needed to get out of bed. It would blare the radio for several minutes before he hit snooze, and then I would get a few minutes of peace before it would start blaring again.
If it's an after-market alarm, it will have an option to delete all transmitters. Then you can re-program your own transmitter to operate the alarm. Check your alarm's owner's manual, or find a local shop that carries that line. If it's a factory alarm, you still may be able to delete and re-program transmitters; check with a dealer.
this one's easy- look underhood and dis-connect the siren, just be aware of your cars lights if they flash-although does your car arm/disarm its-self?.does he have the same type alarm? buy new one altogether.w/ remote start.or.look under driver-side dash and disconect alarm too, make sure you keep your car locked in the morning find out if you too have same type alarm,,,if he's CAR-LESS then he stole/found one like yours, you can at this point beat his *** for stealing from you, or call police
