Ok so I have no clue about fiber glass and I‘m even wondering if lowes or Home Depot have it they sell fiber glass insulation whatever that means.Anyway I‘m trying to make a car part for my honda and I‘m wondering to myself is fiberglass easy to work with what are the fundamentals is it a lot of sanding down or just molding etc etc :/
There is more than one kind of fibreglass Fiberglass insulation (sometimes called Pink) is just insulation and goes inbetween the walls. That is all. They are 2 different animals. The other fiberglass is like a cloth that is used with polyester resin in moulds to make boats(mainly) The Chevrolet Corvette is made of fiberglass (mainly because they could not bend metal to those extremes for the body the same fiberglass is used (always with the polyester resin to make a host of other things such as lawn furniture and to make structures like Disneyland and other stuff.
