Nine plate and MDF specific differences, their respective uses?
MDF density fiber in board (MDF) and hardboard (high density), density of 450 - 800 kg / m3 is MDF, density of 800 kg / m3 is hardboard. MDF is made of plant wood fiber as the main raw material, and it is made by hot grinding, paving and hot pressing molding.
Mainly used to strengthen wood flooring, door panels, partitions, furniture and so on. MDF is mainly used for surface treatment of blending process in home decoration.
The density board has smooth surface, fine material, stable performance, firm edge and good decoration on the surface of the board. But the density board is poor in moisture resistance, and compared with the density board, the nail holding capacity is worse than that of particleboard. If the screw is tightened, it will be difficult to fix because of the low strength of the density board.
The density board mainly detects formaldehyde emission and structure strength. The density board is divided into E1 and E2 grades according to formaldehyde emission, and the formaldehyde emission exceeds 30mg/100g, which is not qualified. Generally speaking, on the scale of production plants, weighing boards are mostly qualified. The density boards on the market are mostly E2 - class, E1 class less.
