Im not very good with computers but I wanna buy Radeon hd 6850 graphic card, I have a 500 watt psu but I heard I need a 6 pin cable which my psu doesnt have. Can I use a 6 Pin PCI Express Video Card Power Cable Adapter?
Maybe. Some smaller PSUs don't have the right power rails (the way power is distributed to the wires) to do that for a power hungry card. Maybe, but I doubt it, considering the other stuff it must run. Bigger supplies have the correct wire harness for your card.
