Answer:

what is the blue trigger wire for
my friend you need a tester which is very cheap, every electrician have that, you need it if you into electronics. mainly what you do is that you connect one end with the body or negative and the other with different wires with the car on /battery on and if the light lit up and off when you turn the car off then you got the yellow wire. red should have the constant power.
Well the factory wireing harness isnt going to work seeing as you took out the factory amps. In those ford explorers you have to bypass the factory amp you cant completly remove them. Now seeing as you have already done that you need to run all new speaker wires to each speaker in your car now, because your cars factory speaker wires have no source now seeing as you unhooked the amp, which means they are worthless. Constant 12v+ Wire: Green/Violet Accessory 12v+ Wire: Yellow/Black Ground Wire: Black/Light Green Car Stereo Antenna Trigger: Orange/Blue Car Stereo Amp Trigger Wire: Blue (If Equipped) Left Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Orange/Light Green Left Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Light Blue/White Right Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): White/Light Green Right Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Dark Green/Orange Left Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Gray/Light Blue Left Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Tan/Yellow Right Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Orange/Red Right Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Brown/Pink
Before you go through the painful task of rewiring all your speakers, don't. Go to a stereo shop and purchase the amp bypass plug that is available for your Explorer. It will plug into the 2 plugs you pulled out of the factory amp which will allow you to connect your radio to the factory harness in the dash as normal. You also want to use the proper adapter harness in the dash for that. It will be color coded to the aftermarket radio so there will be no question as to which wire goes where. The red and yellow wires on the unit will go to the red and yellow wires on the harness.
You can get the constant and accessory wires at the ignition harness. If you want colors you'll have to specify a year, make, and model.
