has anyone tried the new ceramic oil additive? is it any good or no better than whats out there already. ive used lucas and engine restore but this is supposed to be the latest technology for oil.
Every blue moon I will yes engine additive in my engine. Regular oil changes will keep your engines insides in good shape. IMO If you have to continually use engine additives its time for a new engine.

NO additives. Go with a Mobil 1 Synthetic autotransfluid if you are going to keep your truck. It is great stuff(expensive, but much less so than a new or rebuild tranny) Good luck!
question 1: when was the last time you serviced your trans. question 2: are you having any problems with your trans. the best product I recommend to customers is lucas transmission stabilizer. also with a '99 f-150 it calls for a dextron-mercon 5 trans fluid.
I have never heard of it,but none of that stuff has never worked for me so I just don't believe in any of it,just my opinion,,,,,,,,,
