Ok so im just wondering what happens if you get caught on the road with studs in your tires on a truck. Here in Michigan its illegal. Will they just make you remove them or can they give you some kind of a ticket?

Try and access it using (safemode). Restart your computer and as soon as it goes black start pressing (F8). After that there will be a sequence of letters and numbers being displayed, wait awhile. Then use your up and down arrows and select (safemode) then press (enter) When the destop is finish loading try and access the control panel. If you can't do it use (system restore) and go back a few dates when it was working. If that doesn't work go back in (safemode) and run a virus scan. Good luck!
