I have the graco pack and play with that little music/light part and i cant figure out how to put batterys in it. i see part of it looks like a battery pack but i cant get it open! i lost the instructions
You have to unscrew it with a screwdriver. Its in a tight corner so put the screwdriver on an angle. You'll figure it out when you see where the screws are.
That's really weird! I would try putting the batteries in a few more times, maybe you are having a blonde moment (J/K!) Maybe they are just supposed to fit in there really tight? You could always call the store that you purchased it from and ask them if it is supposed to be that waymaybe you got a defective one? Good luck!! )

If it's the same one we have, the batteries don't go in the actual thing that plays the music/lights - they go in a battery pack that is connected to those by a wire The battery pack will have to be opened with a screwdriver.
