What is the purpose of these huge bumpers? They appear to be either stainless or aluminum tube, strongly weldedAre the fibreglas hoods that fragile/expensive? Also - I'm seeing a lot of 'supertires' (two LARGE tires instead of four per axle)Does this depend on which state allows them? And WHAT IS UP with those LOOOONG (2 or 3 or 4) trailers in Michigan?
