Sharpie DOES make an artist oil-based brand of marker for artists called 'Sharpie Paint' and most art stores will carry this brand. I sometimes use these Paint Pens (the black and white colors) for borders on my canvases. They are as permanent as artist paints because they are oil paint in a pen. However, two things to consider here: Sharpie Paint Pens are much more expensive (four times as much) than regular markers because they are oil paint in pens designed for serious artists and because you're obviously underage most art supply stores won't sell them to you without a valid ID. They're not designed for taggers. You'll be better off just buying regular cheap markers from some local drug store or Wal-Mart.
