In making a recipe, such as a chocolate bark, which is better/easier to peel off the bark? I've noticed that sometimes foil likes to stick to chocolate and would hate to have to scrape, peel off tiny bits of foil off my barkOR would foil+a cooking spray such as Pam work better than the parchment or wax paper? Also, the bark will have other ingredients in it, such as dried fruit/nuts - if that makes a differenceThanks in advance!
