PE ink on the material to be dropped
A solution to the problem:1. choose PE ink to print your PE material.2. on the PE material for pre press processing, there are two methods, the type is chemical treatment, and the other is physical treatment. The chemical treatment method is to use printing surface wipe acetone PE material, which is called degreasing treatment. Physical treatment is to use electricity to shock the surface layer. Note: physical treatment must be dealt with immediately after printing.
PE material on the ink to be dropped because of the original printing process and improper use of materials. Your PE material needs to be printed with white ink, but after printing, the ink is dry and the ink film falls off.
