Scull crushers done on a flat bench with a curl bar. Keep elbows in, load as much as you feel comfortable with. End that routine with as many push ups and you can do going slowly. see thats the thing with all hypo cars ,where i work and my profesion is dealing with alot of 200$$$ + vechs. and in the worlds most photo-ed as well as yhe people and theres alot of idiots that fire up faster cars that that one dont get me wrong but they blow stops and theres a reaso for the stop sign BIG DIPS BHAHHHHBAMMMMMM oil pan fractured frames doors fly open and cant close after that body slam these drivers are so dont give a vcvf they park it and get another one to blast i guess thats the fun of disreguard to hammer a car cause its a car to them !!!!!!!!!
