i have this little yellow pill that came in this aluminum-ish package.it was ripped off of all the other ones and i can only read sickness 2 and M259is this a cold and flu pill?its also tiny,yelow,and circular, and on the flip side it says k399.what is it?what is it supposed to do?i dont want to take a pill for my cold and not have it help.pllleeeeeasseee help
