I am replacing several pieces of galvanized water pipes leading to my house. Several people have told me to use teflon tape and pipe dope on the threads while others have said only pipe dope. The pipe dope I am using has a teflon lubricant. I noticed on one fitting where I tried using both, then had to take it back apart, that with the dope on it, the tape wouldn't hold its position like it does by itself. Instead, the pipe just seems to push the tape up as it is screwed on. That makes me lean more towards the dope by itself. Also, the directions on the bottle say to apply the dope to the bare threads. What should I do?
FIrstly i think you mean question 81, and secondly you rub the mouse up and down the rod really fast
Well, I haven't worked with resin yet (I want to though), but I don't see why you couldn't. If the resin was really hot and you were using a plastic candy mold, then it might melt, but I think it would work! You'll never know until you try. C:
this is easy, go tell your neighbor, you would appreciate some cooperation, or you will start by complaining to the parking patrol about any non running vehicles. most cities have parking enforcement, I had a similar problem with a neighbor who liked broken junk cars, the city I lived in had a three day ordinance, I complained, they came out, chalk marked the tire, if it was not moved in three days, it was towed, after a month of moving his broked crap, he gave up and sold his junk. Also it is illegal to sell more than a few cars a year in california, they impose 10,000 dollar fines, and tow and impound each and every vehicle, if you tried to discuss it before, and he was a dick, then screw him, you tried, clean up your neighborhood, at the same time you get your parking back, some people just have to learn the hard way, also, any unregistered or no license plate vehicles, can get towed . often times the city has a contract with a tow company, (call around, find out who, and you can turn in his unregistered crap. and asta la bye bye. so do what has to be done, I think you have put up with enough, and the neighbor does not realize the error in his brain pan, enlighten him. I also bet you can contact your local fire marshal, and tell him the story about blocking the hydrant he may have some suggestions (but honestly, dont worry, the fire department does not have time for that crap, it gets dragged out of the way, or they just smash the windows out of the car, BECAUSE THEY CAN !!!!!!
