Other than CHINA, INDIA. Can you name any other countries that are experiencing significant or drastic overpopulation, and if you could, state ANY policies that might be in effect to sort of reduce the severity of the issue (like the one-child policy and stuff).Any help appreciated,Tom. =)

It created an Urbanization Task Force that has been promoting and funding a program called Making Cities Work. The agency sends specialists to Third World nations to train officials in city management, public health, economic growth and disaster preparedness and recovery, among other things.
