If it is injection molding / Blister molding, no adhesive products, it is impossible to have formaldehyde (using POM raw materials, except for the processing of barbaric hot products).
If the structure is bonded with glue, it may contain some residual formaldehyde. Generally speaking, it is much safer than particleboard and laminated products.
