I've been looking for a baking pan that's at least 6 inches deep and had no such luck finding oneSo I came up with an idea to build my ownI was thinking of getting an oven-safe material that I can bend into the shape of any size pan I wantTo keep my options open so that I don't have to worry how the material will react with the food, I will also wrap this material in aluminum foilHowever, I'm at a loss as to what material to useI'm going to go to the hardware store tomorrow to see if I can find anything, but if there's nothing suitable, can anyone provide suggestions?Thank you

It is a good source of iron and other nutrients however its worth noting that it is VERY sticky and sweetAlthough its the best part of the sugar plant, sugar is sugar and it might not be ideal for your teethAnd personally, I think it tastes awfulI do use it as an iron supplement but it tastes yickBut lots of people do like it.
Blackstrap is pretty dense stuff, but you can use it to make a really deeply flavored spice cookie or gingersnapYou can also make shoofly pieAs a sweetener on it's own it's a bit much though.
