My mixer grinder motor becomes over heated within a minute, please suggest. it is over heating with in a minute and CB cuts supply . I am puzzled what may be the cause?I want to repair it myself.
Your mixer motor is just getting old and worn out. My best advice for you is to get another mixer. The copper winding have deterioated over the years and the coating over the wires has burnt off and is starting to short the motor out. The is no economical fix for this unless you completely rewind the motor. Have a big wallet ready because it will cost more than a new one.
Check the brass bush below the cutter blade. It may need replacement. I think you wont need to replace winding.
