Mix a little in with the potting soil. Not a lot though.
You can add lime to potting soil but make sure it's a very small amount. You can do either adding it with water or mixing it with soil and replant. I would recommend replanting them that way you can check to see if any are root bound and new soil always perks up fading plants.
