I don't think it's a good idea to put things in the eyes not intended for eyes. Try flushing with eyewash solution, and follow with artificial tears. I suggest that he arrange to be seen by an ophthalmologist.
Depending on what he was sawing, he probably should go see an eye doctor (opthalmologist) ASAP - for example, sawing preserved wood could put chemicals into your eye tissue, and sawing metal could put metal into your eyes - neither of which would get better with milk.
Woods is not required by law to speak to the Florida Highway Patrol because it is being investigated as a traffic accident. So if your knew anything about law you wouldn't be asking this question. saw dust got in his eye. irritated it and could have caused corneal abrasions. not good if it doesnt clear up. have him see an eye doctor and i hope he learned his lesson.
