Question:

powerlocking doors and car alarm?

i want to have a car alarm installed. but my car and its fuses/electric circuits are horrible. like the fuse for my sunroof/door open light always blows out. so i have to leave the door open with the light on when i start the car so it doesnt blow. also, my power door locks are totally broken.sometimes they work but immediately blowout. would i need to fix this if i installed a car alarm. and why do my fuses keep blowing out. i did have a pioneer sound system installed. i dont know if that affects it. thanks

Answer:

a fuse blows cause you have to much power going threw it, the sound system might very well be it, people always seem to have problems with sound systems cause they never correctly install them.
I would have that checked. You might have some faulty wiring from the audio setup. Where did you have it installed, and did all the problems happen after the installation of the stereo?
well with all those problems with your car im sure you don't need a car alarm, the money your using to buy the car alarm you need to use towards fixing the car first
