How can I prove the density of copper is the same using the scientific method?

If you take 2 pieces of copper, one bigger than the other and both at the same temperatures and pressures, they will have the same density. That's an intrinsic property of the element itself. However, if you take a piece of copper and heat it up,it will expand due to volumetric dilatation as following: density = mass/volume As volume increases while the mass remains the same, the density will get lower. The opposite occurs if you cool the same piece of copper down to a lower temperature. The density will then rise. Hope that helped!
density=mass/volume if mass changes then its dimension changes & dimension changes its & as dimension changes its volume changes so mass and volume doth varies as dimension so the ratio hence density remains constant
Here please use common sense instead of science to prove your hypothecation.. But common sense is a sense which is not common to all. So Common sense proves that if it is copper its density must be the same otherwise it is not copper but something else

For example, take several lumps of pure copper, have their masses measured & immerse each in a measuring cylinder filled with water to a fixed point.
