ok I have an 85 jaguar XJ6 and I need to replace the ignition thing the part I have to buy is called the ignition lock assembly. But I have no idea what the part is that the ignition sets in. Does it set directly in the car? Because all I see now is a bunch of wires and it looks like if I get that part put on it will be hanging there. Do I need another part or what??? lol
AutoZone can probably help with the diagnosis and parts needed. It will probably require removing the steering wheel to fix.
