heres my question, i was driving on the interstate today when all of a sudden it felt like one or both of my front tires was flat so i pulled over and looked. both were fine. i got back in my car and drove some more and at certain times and speeds my car felt like that again. like it had flats or i was driving on a dirt road. when i went over bumps i tried to feel if there was a difference, thinking it may be the struts, but it felt the same as always. does anybody have any ideas as to what this could be??
i imagine you may relax so deeply and settle for issues to such an volume that you're feeling love in each little thing. you'll nevertheless react to oppose issues which look out of solidarity with the circumstances, yet there is what i guess is 'unconditional love' for existence itself which inserts previous all circumstances and kinds. i imagine letting flow of the techniques which make us demanding and consciously relaxing into each second can take you to a love that is unconquerable. even as i imagine this provide you with large 'skill' contained in the international, this love conquers the terror interior, really than hindrances outdoors, which ought to persist.

You will have to spend quite a bit on canned foods if preparing for a emergency, for you never know what the emergency may me and how long you may have to be in the situation. For canned foods I would suggest things that don't expire easily. I'm not sure what happens when you eat expired food in a can, but i'd imagine you would throw up and be sick to your stomach. Not a very good feeling! I would suggest overall; Green Beans, Corn, Potatoes, Carrots ECT. Check the expiration dates, and restock every few months! I would also suggest some dry foods, things like dry cereal, pop tarts, rice, fruit-roll ups, ect. I would suggest Googleing dry foods in case of emergency lists for some more ideals. You might want to get something for boredom, believe it or not but even during a emergency sitting around in a room doing nothing for long periods of time does get very, very boring and talking isn't always a fun thing to do! Maybe crossword puzzles, notebooks to write or draw in, books, coloring books, crayons ECT. Make sure you have plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets! You never know how many people may be with you, or how cold the situation may be! Store LOTS and LOTS of water. I mean about 80 gallons! If not more. Water is something you can drink, and mix foods in! If your worried about taste buy the little boxes of flavoring you add to bottles of water. Store a first aid kit, and medicine! Things like aspirin, Tylenol and NyQuil any over the counter medicines. NOTE: Many things expire after so long, you will have to check and restock every 2-3 months on foods, medicines, ect!
