It's indoor. A night-job in a mall so it should be easily assembled/disassembled. What we use is the thin piped one which is too dangerous for 12 meters high.
I don't know what you have to do and with how many people, but in case of easy assembly/disassembly, I'd recommend an Aerial work platform.
