Questions about backyard MMA safety?

A few friends of mine like to occasionally spar. We often just practice grappling, where we have no safety gear (other than possibly an athletic cup). Sometimes, we allow striking, though. We don't have proper gloves (are using winter gloves or layers of socks) and don't have mouthguards. For this reason, we don't allow knees from standing, elbows to the head, and kicks to the head.We fight on grass (now covered with snow). Is this necessary safety precautions, or is there something else we must do to ensure we're as safe as can be?

Answer:

U may use a rubber sheet and iron balls and show that gravity makes curves in surfaces. With more gravity, it will become hole!
I personally think your issue is you're not eating enough. You said you eat a lot but I'm telling you that you don't. bcaa's don't do **** by the way and the prohormones you buy won't do anything either unless you get them prescribed by your doctor (aka the real stuff).
